Description:

If you like to dig in archives and want to help show both the diversity and depth of Yale’s roots in Cleveland, this project is for you. We will gather at the Western Reserve Historical Society to research the names and descendants of those of diverse backgrounds and of the earliest Yale CLE pioneers as part of our preparations for the140th/150th year celebrations of the Yale Alumni Association of Cleveland. We’ll likely assign five names to each participant so if there is a Yale ancestor in your family tree, or you have a particular research interest, let Betsy Sullivan, the site coordinator, know. Optional lunch to follow.
