Description:
For the Yale Day of Service, we will be packing and delivering non-perishable food to homebound DC residents.

Packing of bags of food takes place first, at the site.

Then, drivers will distribute the food to locations throughout the city. Drivers will then be heading out to deliver food no later than 9:45 AM. Even if you do not have a car, feel free to join in - we are glad to have navigators come along, and many hands make light work!

Street parking is available, but the neighborhood is not easy to park in, so allow some extra time to find a space.  Site is very Metro-accessible (rail and bus; closest Metro stop is Dupont Circle).  Wheelchair access is limited.
