Description:

May is Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Month in Canada. MS can strike anyone at anytime, and Canadians have one of the highest rates of MS in the world.

Joining the MS Walk means being involved in a community that is driven to improve the lives of those affected by the disease. Every person participating in and/or fundraising for the virtual MS Walk makes a lasting positive impact. To participate in this walk you are not under any obligation to fundraise or make a donation; awareness and education are a large part of the MS mission.

Walk with family and friends or solo in your home, around the block, in the park, or wherever else you choose and are able. No set guidelines as to distance walked. Be mindful of social distancing – keep safe!
