We are likely to have a parking lot inside the Arboretum set aside for us; details will follow as we get closer to the event.

Join your fellow Yalies as we return to the UW Arboretum for another beautiful day (it never does seem to rain on us) in Seattle’s loveliest garden.
Under the direction of horticulturalist Roy Farrow, we will be working on an area adjacent to the Asiatic Maples (last year’s site), weeding, mulching, and for the hardy, removing our favorite Northwest Noxious Weed- the Blackberry!
Despite our 8 year record of sunny success, this is a rain or shine event so dress appropriately for working outdoors in a garden.  Shoes and clothing that can get dirty, hats and/or sunscreen, bug repellent if you are sensitive, gloves and a water bottle are recommended.
Tools will be provided but if you have a favorite please feel free to bring it.
No special skills required.
