Enter through the rear entrance of the Community Engagement Center under the orange awning. Please arrive promptly at 1:00 PM and leave personal belongings safely secured in your vehicle.

Description: 
Help the food bank sort and package farm-fresh produce which is soon after sent into the community to nourish neighbors in Alameda County. The organization provides healthy food to one in five county residents. During the few hours of service, you will make a real impact and help support the goal of a hunger-free community.
 
Wear closed-toe, closed-heel shoes and comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. Youth must be at least 10 years old (ages 10-17 must bring the waiver form signed by a parent/legal guardian. One adult volunteer must be present for every five youths.
