Yale volunteers will be leading an adult Learn-to-Ride class through Bike New York. Volunteers should be able to ride a bike and have a basic understanding of bicycle maintenance. Training is required and begins at 10am before the class from 11am-1pm.
Bike New York offers free bike education programs throughout the five boroughs where they teach kids and adults how to ride a bike, and how to do so safely and confidently in the city. In 2016 alone, they taught bike skills to more than 17,000 New Yorkers.
