Description:
The Historic Harrisburg Cemetery is the city’s oldest and grandest. It is the resting place of many distinguished citizens, and not a few “Old Blues.”  The cemetery affords a spectacular view of the city skyline, and is a favorite place for walkers, joggers, and folk who are looking for a lovely place to sit and “ponder.”

We will help to spruce up the cemetery: planting flowers, preparing flower beds, trimming shrubs, etc. Bring gloves, garden tools, a hat, and sunscreen. The cemetery will supply bottled water.

Please stay for a picnic that will follow at lunchtime!
